Return Policy

 

At Leah Do Fine Art Consulting, we are committed to ensuring our clients are fully informed and confident in their art acquisitions. Due to the unique, high-value, and often irreplaceable nature of fine art, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that, in rare cases, a return or exchange may be requested. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approval for a return or exchange is at the sole discretion of the artist and will depend on the condition of the work, provenance documentation, and the specific circumstances of the request.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued with the express approval of the artist. If a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping, insurance, and any related costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Custom, Commissioned, or Framed Works

Custom commissions, special orders, and any work that has been framed, altered, or customized at the client's request are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us immediately—no later than 48 hours after delivery—with photographic documentation. We will coordinate with the artist to determine the next steps.
