Frequently Asked Questions for Collectors & Trade Advisors
What is Leah Do Fine Art Consulting and how does gallery-agnostic advisory work?
Based in Manhattan, New York, Leah Do Fine Art Consulting operates outside the traditional brick-and-mortar gallery system. Rather than limiting collectors to a single gallery's inventory, we provide direct studio access to 23 independent international artists as well as curatorial sourcing for blue-chip masterworks. We advise private collectors, interior design firms, architectural practices, corporate headquarters, and luxury hospitality projects from initial curation through installation.
How are authenticity and artist provenance verified?
Every original painting, sculpture, and limited-edition photographic print acquired through Leah Do Fine Art Consulting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity and documented direct artist studio provenance. Each work's medium, dimensions, signature placement, and edition history are verified prior to acquisition.
How does the Private Offer process work?
Collectors and trade professionals may submit a confidential, non-binding private offer directly on any available artwork page. Every private offer is reviewed directly with the artist's studio within 24 hours, ensuring transparent communication between collector and artist while honoring the integrity of the artist's market.
How are artworks packaged, insured, and delivered worldwide?
All acquisitions include museum-grade protective packaging, custom wooden crating for sculptures and large-format canvases, and 100% insured white-glove fine art courier transit worldwide, coordinated directly to your residence, office, or project site.
What curatorial exhibitions and international surveys has Leah Do co-curated?
Principal advisor Leah Do brings institutional curatorial scholarship to private advisory, including co-curating Echoes of Tonkin: Vietnamese Modern Art (1905–1960) with Tran Dinh Thuc Doan at DE SARTHE Gallery in Hong Kong, featured in Artsy, Ocula, Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, and Meer Magazine.
How does the 1–5% Blue-Chip Finder's Fee program work?
In addition to our represented contemporary artists, Leah Do advises on secondary-market and Blue-Chip Art acquisitions and offers a 1–5% Finder's Fee for verified introductions on designated works including Marc Chagall's Scène de village à l'animal bleu (1968), Leonora Carrington's Ship of Cranes (2010), Diego Giacometti's La Table Grecque (c. 1965), Fidencio L.
